Happel & Associates has recently completed a re-roof project for the City of Golden using Happel’s EZIQC contract. The City of Golden requested a site meeting to discuss the possibility of re-roofing Heritage Fire Stations roof. The roof was deteriorating and lending itself to leaks that could be costly in terms of interior damage. Utilizing Happel’s EZIQC contract, the City of Golden was able to have a price for the project in 3 days and have the roof replaced 2 weeks later. Upon completion of the project, the manufacture (Duro-Last) visited the site to perform a warranty and completion walk of the project. During the site visit, Duro-Last was very impressed with the work and credited the project with the prestigious grade of 100 out of 100.
