Having the flexibility to produce custom millwork in house has allowed us the ability to complete very high end tenant improvement projects under budget and ahead of schedule.
With AutoCAD drafting capabilities and a CNC machine, Happel & Associates has worked closely with clients and architects to develop innovative casework that is truly one of a kind. Unlike other general contractors, we have the ability to meet aggressive schedules and can assure outstanding quality through our QC approval manager prior to millwork being shipped to the site.
Since our millwork shop is operational only when jobs require, we have the ability to handle many unique projects of any size.
