To emphasize safety, Happel has also partnered with Miller Safety Consulting to assist with monitoring and informing us on the latest safety practices being implemented industry wide. Happel new hires spend many hours in safety training prior to being introduced into the work force. Once employees reach a job site there are daily safety discussions accompanied by a weekly formal safety meeting that all employees must attend.
