Current President, Steven V. Silk, joined Mr. Happel in 1983. In 1996, Mr. Silk took over the operation of the company as it grew to offer services throughout the United States. During this growth, Mr. Frank Pevler, our Senior Estimator and Project Manager, was instrumental to the overall success of the business.
