Happel & Associates has recently completed a re-roof project for the City of Golden using Happel's EZIQC contract. The City of Golden requested a site meeting to discuss the possibility of re-roofing Heritage Fire Stations roof. The roof was deteriorating and lending itself to leaks that could be costly in terms of interior damage. Utilizing Happel's EZIQC contract, the City of Golden was able to have a price for the project in 3 days and have the roof replaced 2 weeks later. Upon completion of the project, the manufacture (Duro-Last) visited the site to perform a warranty and completion walk of the project. During the site visit, Duro-Last was very impressed with the work and credited the project with the prestigious grade of 100 out of 100.

Thanks to all of those who joined us at our 2012 Christmas Casino Bash this year and helped raise money for local Golden families in need. With your help we were able to collect $2,450 in cash and an additional $300 in gift cards to donate to the Christian Action Guild. Thank you again for decorating the trees at our party for the benefit of over 160 families that needed our help.

This year we will be playing for a donation to the the Credit Union of Colorado Foundation. Credit Union of Colorado Foundation was created in January 2013 by the Credit Union to promote community development by providing financial and colunteer support in the areas of education and human services. We look forward to another great year of fun, prizes and networking.
