Happel & Associates has taken their interest in “green building” and passion for energy conservation to assemble a team to perform building systems analysis concentrating on energy conservation.
Our team will perform an in-depth analysis on a client’s building(s)/facility to develop energy conserving projects that are not only important for sustainability, but also deliver substantial savings to the owner.
Part of our services will be a full report showing deficiencies within the building and estimated cost vs. savings which will allow the owner to make a sound business decision based on annual payback.
In most cases we have been able to show further instant savings to the owner by working with the local utility providers and requesting rebates based on conservation of usage.
