Service to the Client is the most important aspect of the entire process. The Builder is brought in early on the project to assist with detailed schedules and budgets as the process progresses. This gives Clients a realistic understanding of construction costs and provides budget guidelines within the parameters of their resources.

The Architect’s role does not end with the completion of construction documents. The role shifts to one of Construction Administrator, ensuring that the Builder interprets the design elements appropriately and remains on schedule as the project progresses.
